Welcome to the Grey Castle Strength Chamber

Image
Membership in the Grey Castle Strength Chamber is based on work ethic and citizenship. Requirements include: a demonstrated willingness to assist others; a consistent and meaningful effort put toward self-improvement; and a lack of ego in weightlifting and in academics that translates to the ability to continually grow and learn. You light that, and then add small sticks and bigger sticks before you feed your tree stump into the blaze. Because it’s the small sparks, which start small fires, that eventually build enough heat to burn the whole f------ forest down.” -David Goggins  “Be like water making its way through cracks. Do not be assertive, but adjust to the object, and you shall find a way around or through it. If nothing within you stays rigid, outward things will disclose themselves. Empty your mind, be formless. Shapeless, like water. If you ...
